Subject and scope of application

Shipping policy applies to all customers who purchase and order directly through KVK Group’s website. KVK Group will fulfill all orders and ship to customers nationwide.

Shipping method

Buy directly at the store

For customers who come to buy goods at the store or place orders via the KVK Group website and want to receive goods at the store, when coming to receive goods or purchase goods, please carefully check the goods, compare products, and review information carefully before receiving goods. In case of out of stock or not yet available, KVK Group staff will contact you to notify you of the order status quickly and promptly.

Online shopping

Inner city orders: Ho Chi Minh City area

Depending on the need to receive goods, KVK Group will choose the appropriate form and shipping unit.

  • For urgent customers: Orders will be shipped by express shipping units within the day or upon request such as Grab, Gojek, Ahamove,… with the fee calculated according to the shipping unit’s fee. This fee will be paid by the customer. For
  • COD customers: Orders will be delivered to the shipping unit and arranged for delivery within the next 1-3 working days. Delivery progress and fees both depend on the partner unit. Fees will be calculated according to the shipping unit’s fee. This fee will be paid by the customer.

Interprovincial orders

For inter-provincial orders, KVK Group will send the goods to the partner shipping unit to deliver the goods to you. When placing an order, please fill in the necessary information completely and accurately as required to facilitate KVK Group in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. KVK Group is also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

Normal delivery time: 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays or holidays, Tet, etc.). Delivery time is only relative, it may be earlier or later.

Notes when ordering and receiving goods

Within 24 hours before the expected delivery time, the Customer will receive information about the order. In case of delay in delivery, the Customer Service Department will inform the Customer as soon as possible. Or if support is needed in case the goods cannot be received on time, the Customer can contact directly via hotline 0838882020 for timely advice and support from the Customer Service Department.

When orders are handed over to the shipping unit, the delivery speed and fees are completely implemented according to the partner’s policies and operating methods.

Once the order is successfully placed, KVK Group will call to confirm the order based on the phone number provided by the customer in the order, along with information about the shipping method as well as the fees in a transparent manner so that the customer is fully aware.

KVK Group has provided all of our shipping and delivery units with full cargo documents, and the logistics partners themselves will be responsible for providing cargo documents upon request from State Agencies & Customers. Therefore, if you need to review the cargo documents, please contact the shipper before delivery for the best support. Please directly check the product carefully upon receiving the goods from the delivery staff. If there are any problems related to the type, design, quality, or quantity of goods that are not as described in the order, please immediately notify KVK Group for timely coordination and handling.

Change, cancel transaction

In the following cases, customers can change or cancel the transaction:

When the store has confirmed that the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped, if there is a change, the customer must pay the two-way shipping fee.
Usually, after receiving the order information, KVK Group will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer with information about payment and shipping. Delivery time is usually between 2-4 days from the date of order confirmation or as agreed with the customer when placing the order. However, there are cases where delivery takes longer but only occurs in the following force majeure situations:

  • KVK Group staff could not contact the customer by phone, so the delivery could not be made.
  • The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
  • The sudden increase in the number of orders has caused the order processing to be delayed.
  • The supplier is slower than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed, or the shipping partner is late in delivering the goods.

Regarding shipping costs, KVK Group uses external shipping services, so shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping unit’s fees depending on the location and volume of the order. When contacting the customer to confirm the order, the specific fee will be reported to the customer.
