Scope of use: KVK Group only uses necessary information related to sales transactions, support, and customer care that Customers provide within the Company’s internal scope and only provides it to our Logistics partners for them to perform transportation services.

Storage time: KVK Group will store customer information for the time prescribed by law or until the Customer requests to edit/delete/cancel the archived records.

Persons or organizations that may have access to information: KVK Group uses the information provided by Customers for the company’s relevant personnel to process orders and provide customer support. Furthermore, KVK Group will use such information to manage your account; verify and carry out online transactions, identify visitors to the website, conduct demographic research, and send information including product and service information. If you do not wish to receive any marketing information from KVK Group, you can opt out at any time. KVK Group may also pass your name and address to a third party for delivery to you (e.g. to a courier or supplier).

KVK Group has appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access or loss or destruction or damage to your information.

KVK Group advises you not to provide payment details to anyone in any form. KVK Group is not responsible for any losses you may incur in exchanging your information via the internet or email.

Absolutely do not use any program, tool or other form to interfere with the system or change the data structure. It is strictly forbidden to disseminate, propagate or encourage any activity aimed at interfering with, sabotaging or infiltrating the data of the website system.
